Alma Ponce, 18, was scarred for life as she returned home from work with her mom, Patricia Ponce and sibling, Luis Ruiz, eight, a year ago.
The assailant unscrewed a light on her yard so it would be dim and as her mom attempted to open the front entryway, he dashed around the side of the house.
